West Virginia passed regulations concerning the cleaning of former METHAMPHETAMINE Laboratories on April 2, 2008. Title 64CSR92 Clandestine Drug Laboratory Remediation regulates and addresses the steps necessary to remediate a structure after is has be identified as a Clandestine Drug Laboratory by law enforcement officials. Kanawha County Commission passed an ordinance prior to the state regulations which should be the basis for all counties to adopt. The residue left behind after a clandestine laboratory has been busted is as dangerous as the chemicals used to manufacture the drug or the drugs themselves. Astar Abatement, Inc.
